On June 24th 2007 I injured my foot by speed running. I think that I had a collapsed arch. I couldn't run for a month. I tried many times. I was OK when running but afterwards my arch was very sore. I thought my running career was over. I had completed 18 marathons in the last 5 years without any injuries. I got your 'yoursoles at the beginning of August' and I have never looked back since. I have a pair for my running shoes and also a pair for my work shoes. I never go without using them. I used to mow the damp lawn with wellingtons without them, but afterwards I had an ache in my arch. I now use them in my wellingtons. I have also completed the Dublin Marathon 2007 whilst wearing the 'yoursoles'. I am very impressed by them and would advise any runners with biomechanical problems to try them. I've lost weight recently and I reheated them to cope with the new shape of the arch and I now have greater support. I'm definitely very impressed with the 'yoursoles'. "I want to add another sport to your list - soccer. These SOLE inserts have been great to put in my teenagers' soccer cleats. They both experienced a lot of heel pain from running in cleats all of the time & we've found that even the best soccer cleats just don't give good support. "I find that I use your products for just about everything related to mechanics - plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, but I also found that I'm able to utilize these and modify them often for types of tendonitis problems, shins splints, and mechanical types of things like neuromas and bunions and hammer toes.
