Miracle Shoe JoiceMy knee pain started in November. I have a detailed record of every
date on which I attempted to run since that time, as well as how
long and how far I was able to run pain free, and the severity of
the pain after that.
After seeing a GP, orthopaedic surgeon, Sports Medicine physician,
having an x-ray and an MRI, I was put on a rehab program of severely
restricted mileage and strengthening exercises. Under that regimen,
I got up to 2.5km of pain free running, and could run 5km before
the pain became moderate to strong.
Let me be clear - never ONCE, from November to March, was I able
to run more than 2.5 km without experiencing knee pain. Not once.
All of my running was done on trails or a track. Then I put your
insoles in my shoes, and ran 5km in a triathlon on Saturday -
on pavement - and literally didn't experience a twinge of pain.
Not one bit I just ran for 30 minutes this morning, approx 6km,
and was completely pain free again. So, a $39 insole did what
3 doctors and a 12 week rehab program couldn't - it has enabled
me to be completely free of knee pain.
