Why PhysiCool v/s Ice or Cold packs?
Ice & cold packs only provide spot cooling that can either be too cold when applied directly so are constantly on & off the injury or they are not cold enough if wrapped in a towel.  Plus, keeping multiple packs in place can be difficult - all rendering the cooling benefit less effective.
