SOLE Extreme Endurance Challenge Heats Up In Ontario

[August 8, 2003 - Calgary, Alberta] Wes Baker entered a new province and a new stage in the SOLE Extreme Endurance Challenge this week. The CanadaRun Association founder and president has just crossed the Ontario border and laced up his 3rd pair of new shoes on his run across Canada to raise scholarship funds for Canadian post-secondary students. However, the Vancouver native is still running strong on his one and only pair of SOLE Custom Footbeds.

The goal of the SOLE Extreme Endurance Challenge is to put SOLE Custom Footbeds to the ultimate test: a 6-month expedition to run across continental Canada, covering an average of 40 kilometers per day, on just one pair of SOLE Custom Footbeds. SOLE, a major sponsor of CanadaRun, decided to put their money (and their product) where their mouth is.
