Arch support that "gives"
I've had rigid orthotics for many years that provide great arch support that I need, but they are too stiff for sports and make my feet ache. The SOLE footbeds are the first ones I've seen that offer very solid arch support that also "give" somewhat for sports - they absorb shock much better than rigid orthotics. Plus I love the 3 different volumes that allow you to use them with many more shoes & boots
