I must say that it has been a pleasure dealing with the "SOLE" company. Foot related problems will change your motivation, ability to train, your ability to play with your children. I am a rangemaster/swat operator for a police department in southern california. As a result of that I am on my feet alot during the day. After visiting several foot doctors in my town a friend told me about "SOLE" footbeds and how much he liked them. I bought a pair the next day and have to say I believe I will have a pair of these in every shoe I wear. Thanks.

I just love the sandals

I have rhumetoid arthritis. My feet are sore most of the time. I have a very hard time walking in shoes. I noticed that my arch in my foot was falling. I need support. My doctor told me about your company. So I phoned and was so pleased with the help I got over the phone. The girl I spoke to was so helpful and very nice. I just love the sandals. I can walk quite well and will definately buy some insoles for my shoes. Thank you so very much for the wonderul service and great sandals. I have told many people about your company.

I had a slight issue with the molding process, called customer service and no questions asked I was informed that a replacement pair would be shipped on the next business day.

If the insoles are half as good as the customer service then I will be more than happy.

I love the insoles, they have made my training and racing on the bike much better. I really like the customer service, and how helpful the staff is. I get a replacement sent to me at no charge before my RMA is received. Keep up the good work, as long as things stay the same I'm a customer for life. I've even purchased insoles for all my family members. Nice Job!

I couldn't be happier

The service and product I received is much better quality than I expected. I'll give you a little background. I suffered a bad sprain in my foot while joggin in october and had to go to the Sports Doctor for cortisone shots. That solved the immediate problem but I was told I would have to wear orthotics and he was glad to measure me up and order them. I had insurance and it was going to cost me only $20 for a co-pay. This involved two more visits at $20 a pop. He told me it would be 14 days. Well it was 5 weeks and still no call. When I reached him he told me he had a problem with the manufacture and just be patient. I cancelled the order and told him what I thought of his service. You were referred to me by a friend who just bought orthotics from a sports doctor and was not real happy with the product which I found to be chinsy. I did a little research on the net and thought you had what I needed. I ordered the thicker liners because not only do I run about 3 miles a day but I spend a lot of time on my feet at work. I have used them for about 3 weeks and couldn't be happier.
