Trailer for Vancouver Island Quest

Last August, SOLE athlete Jen Segger ticked off another item from her checklist of “to-do's”. She took on Vancouver Island in a four day journey by bike, foot and ferry from Cape Scott to Victoria, BC. Jen's journey, aptly named the Vancouver Island Quest, had a two-fold purpose:

  1. Jen wanted to challenge herself. (Fitting for a personal trainer and private coach who's company name is Challenge By Choice.) For years she has prepared for this journey, not to mention, she gave herself a 4-day goal to complete the 750km – a “race against herself”.
  2. Feature the epic beauty that is Vancouver Island by travelling through trails, logging routes and the wilderness instead of by highway.

To get a glimpse of what we're talking about, please view the trailer. You will not be disappointed.

Jen has managed to complete yet another goal among many. Which begs the question: what goals are you putting off? Do you aspire to:

  • Run a marathon?
  • Learn a new language?
  • Visit a new continent?
  • Complete a degree?
  • Ocean kayak?
  • Drive a race car?

Let us know! SOLE assisted Jen in her dream and we'd like to support you, even if it is some simple encouragement over the SOLE blog...

Dream big and challenge yourself.
