Get the Right Fit for Your Flips

Who doesn't love "flip-flop weather?" It doesn't matter if you're in sunny Florida and experiencing it, or in snowy Canada and dreaming about it. July is the time to be certain you're fitted with the perfect summer sandals.

When it comes to choosing your SOLE Sport Flips, I know that a lot of questions probably cross your mind:

  • Can I get away with wearing these with a suit?
  • Does the "Java/Rose" color match my raspberry beret?
  • Will my significant other still respect me if I try to wear these with socks?

But the most important questions relate to fit, especially:

How can I be sure that I am getting the right size of Sport Flip, especially when I am in-between sizes?

The answer really depends on your unique foot. Do you have a wide or narrow foot? Do you have long or short toes? I find that for most of our customers, rounding down to the next closest size provides the best fit. But be prepared - your heel may sit a little far back for the first day. Don't worry! The toe strap will stretch and your foot will move forward, ultimately providing you with a great fit.

The people who tend to like rounding up better are usually those people who have a wide or high volume foot. For them, going up a size provides them with a little extra width, and a little more room under the strap.

If you're really nervous about getting the right fit, contact us! Any of our customer service representatives can help assess your foot to get you the best fit. If you have a question, please leave a comment below.
